From wearing funky accessories with my boring elementary school uniform, to designing my outfits in India, to dressing myself up just to go to the grocery store, not a day goes by where I don’t ask myself, “What should I wear today?”

I jumped at the thought of a career in fashion, much to my family’s dismay. Throughout my academic and professional career, I have been driven to prove everyone’s doubts were wrong and that believing in myself was just right.

I have just graduated, with honors, with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and a minor in General Business from Virginia Commonwealth University.
